Tofu Sandwich

Ingredients
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 block tofu
1⁄2 sliced avocado
1⁄2 medium red onion
3 slices of cucumber
2 tablespoons hummus
2 sliced beets
2 slices of whole wheat bread
Directions
Drain your tofu and cut into thirds, creating slabs.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Make crispy tofu by pan frying for about 2 min on each side.
Toast your bread slices and assemble sandwich with tofu, mashed avocado, red onion, cucumber, hummus, and beets.
